We love the South East of SA, it’s where our store is located and we have so many brilliant local businesses we get to deal with. One of those businesses is Sinkhole Gin.

Sinkhole Gin is a celebration of the Limestone Coast region.

This Matcha and Gin Tonic is the perfect drink for a warm day, and easy drink to prepare for guests.

 Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp Matcha Powder

  • 30ml Sinkhole Gin

  • Tonic Water, to serve

  • Ice, to serve

  • Cucumber, to garnish

Creating The Magic:

  1. Mix the Matcha and Gin together until no lumps of Matcha remain.

  2. Sieve the matcha mixture into a glass filled with ice.

  3. Top with chilled tonic water and garnish with cucumber or fresh fruit.
