Iced Matcha Bubble Tea

TIME: 10 MINUTES

VEGAN | GLUTEN-FREE | REFINED SUGAR-FREE

Makes: 1 serve

 

 Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Matcha Powder

  • 2 Tablespoons hot water

  • 2 Tablespoons msple syrup, or other sweetener, to taste

  • 1 cup (240 ml) almond milk

  • Β½ cup (120 g) ice cubes, plus more for serving

  • ΒΌ cup (50 g) cooked tapioca pearls

Creating The Magic:

  1. In a glass jar mix up the matcha powder with the hot water until it forms a paste. You want to get out ALL the lumps.

  2. Add in the milk & maple syrup, then put on the lid and SHAKE!

  3. Put your cooled tapioca pearls into the bottom of a glass with ice cubes.

  4. Pour the matcha mix over the top and enjoy.
