Hibiscus Cordial Mixology

DAIRY-FREE | VEGAN | GLUTEN-FREE

Hibiscus tea is the absolute hero of these drinks. Use our base cordial recipe and get creative in the kitchen (or bar!) with these non-alcoholic mocktails and alcoholic cocktails.

Hibiscus tea is full of antioxidants and can help boost your immune system.
Studies carried out in 2015 also found that Hibiscus tea can help reduce blood pressure - making it a great addition to your diet.

Mocktail

  • 30ml Hibiscus Cordial

  • Lemonade or sparkling water

  • 1 small squeeze of lime juice

    In a glass add ice. Pour in cordial, lime juice, and top with lemonade or sparkling water.
    Garnish with dried strawberry and fresh mint.


Hibiscus Sparkling Cocktail

  • 30 ml Hibiscus Cordial

  • 60 ml Tequila

  • Lime Juice

  • Club Soda

In a short glass add in some ice, add in all ingredients and top with club soda.
Garnish with dried lime or grapefruit.

Pineapple Hibiscus Punch - Serves 6

  • 2 cups Gin or Vodka (white spirit)

  • 1/2 cup Hibiscus Cordial

  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice

  • 4 cups Ginger Ale

    Add all ingredients to a jug with ice. Top with more ginger ale or sparkling water if needed.
    Garnish with dried Pineapple or slice strawberries.
