Hibiscus Cordial Syrup

TIME: 20 minutes + 2 hours steeping

Makes: approx. 1 L

DAIRY-FREE | VEGAN | GLUTEN-FREE

This delicious cordial syrup is the perfect base for mocktails, cocktails or to fancy up your water.
Hibiscus tea is full of antioxidants and can help boost your immune system.

 Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of water

  • 2 cups of sugar

  • 1/2 vanilla bean scraped

  • 1/2 cup hibiscus tea leaves

    Top tip! Put the vanilla bean and tea leaves in a reusable tea bag so they are easier to remove from the mix later on.

Creating the Magic:


  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes.

  2. Leave to steep for 2 hours.

  3. Strain and pour into clean bottles.

  4. Refrigerate. These bottles of cordial will keep for 3 weeks.
