Cornflake Biscuits

 Ingredients:

2 scoops Cornflake Biscuit Mix
(about 300-400 grams)

125 grams of butter

1 egg

 

 

 

Creating The Magic:

corn flake mix

Melt butter and add into dry ingredients together with the lightly whisked egg.

Roll mixture into small balls and press down with a fork.
You can roll the biscuits in extra cornflakes if you like.

Bake at 180°C conventional (160°C fan-forced) for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
Cool on a wire rack & enjoy!
