Bliss Balls 3 Ways

Bliss Balls, or sometimes known as Protein Balls, are healthy treats that take only a few minutes to make and are super tasty!

Unpackaged’s top tips for tasty bliss balls - add in some cacao powder for a chocolate flavour.

 Hemp & Chia Bliss Ball Ingredients:

2 TBSP White Chia Seeds

125gr Almond Meal

100 gr Hulled Hemp Seeds

1/2 cup Nut Butter - we love ABC Butter

4 TBSP cacao nibs

1/4 -1/3 cup of Agave Syrup (or try Maple Syrup or Honey)

 

Creating The Magic:

  1. Blitz all of the ingredients in a food processor until combined.

  2. Roll into balls and place on a baking tray, Place in the fridge for 30-45 minutes until firm.

  3. Enjoy!

Unicorn Bliss Ball Ingredients:

1/2 cup Almond Meal

1/2 cup LSA meal (Linseed, Sunflower, and Almond)

2 TBSP Hemp Protein Powder

1/2 to 3/4 cup Nut Butter - try Hazelnut Butter

1/4 cup of Agave Syrup (or try Maple Syrup or Honey)

3 TBSP Blue Spirulina for dusting

3 TBSP Pink Pitaya for dusting

Creating The Magic:

  1. Blitz all of the ingredients in a food processor until combined.

  2. Roll into balls and place on a baking tray, Place in the fridge for 30-45 minutes until firm.

  3. Once firm, roll the balls in blue spirulina or pink pitaya powder.

  4. Enjoy!

Blueberry Bliss Ball Ingredients:

1/2 to 3/4 cup Nut Butter - we love Almond Butter in this recipe

3 TBSP Maple Syrup (or Honey or Agave Syrup)

1/2 cup Almond Meal

3 TBSP dried Blueberries

1 TBSP Chia Seeds (Black or White)

2 TBSP Linseed Meal

Creating The Magic:

  1. Blitz all of the ingredients in a food processor until combined.

  2. Roll into balls and place on a baking tray, Place in the fridge for 30-45 minutes until firm.

  3. Enjoy!
