Raspberry & Hemp Smoothie

DAIRY FREE | VEGAN | REFINED SUGAR FREE

hemp smoothie

 Ingredients:

1 Punnet Raspberries
1/2 Banana
300mL Almond milk
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Hemp protein powder
1/4 cup Dried dates
100mL Coconut milk
1 tsp Peanut butter
1 tsp Honey or Agave Syrup
4 Almonds

 

 

Creating The Magic:

Blitz raspberries and pour into a glass.

Blitz Hemp protein, chia seeds, half a banana, and almond milk.
Pour on top of the raspberries.

Blitz dates, coconut milk, and peanut butter and pour on top. Finish with fresh berries, almond chunks, and honey/agave syrup.
