ANZAC Biscuits

 Ingredients:

2 scoops of Anzac Biscuit Mix (about 500 grams)

1 jar of golden syrup (supplied) - contains 3 tbsp.

1/2 cup butter

 

 

Creating The Magic:

Melt the butter together with the golden syrup.

Mix the wet into the dry ingredients with a wooden spoon.

Roll the mixture into balls and place on a lined baking tray. Press down gently with a fork.

Bake in a moderate oven at 180C (160C for a fan-forced oven) for 15-20 minutes.

Cool on a wire rack & enjoy!
