Overnight Oats

MAKES 1  |   Prep Time 2 minutes 


Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 - 1.5 cups kefir or yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or other nut butter)

 

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together in a jar or bowl.
Place in fridge overnight.

Enjoy for breakfast the next morning!
