We LOVE this recipe because it’s super simple.

  1. Melt together the chocolate and oil - we do this in a slow cooker, you can also do it in the microwave (do 30-second bursts and stir well in between so you don’t burn the chocolate) or try the double-broiler method (over a saucepan of simmering hot water).

  2. Use a chocolate mould, silicone mould or line a tray with baking paper.

  3. Spoon in some of your chocolate so it covers the mould. You might like to try and move your mould around a bit so it all gets covered.

  4. Put it in the fridge to set for 5 minutes.

  5. Take the chocolate out of the fridge and add in your filling. Top up with more melted chocolate.

  6. Put the chocolate back in the fridge for another 15-20 minutes.
Pop the chocolates out of the mould and don’t eat them all!

    Enjoy!
