Gluten Free Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients:
600 grams of Brownie mix
125gr butter (melted)
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Creating The Magic:
Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
Pour into a 20cm square lined baking tin.
Cook at 160-180 C for 30-35 minutes, just until a crust has formed on top.
Cool on a wire rack & enjoy!
You can dust with icing sugar if you wish.
