Gluten-Free White Chocolate Blondies

TIME: 45 minutes

Serves: 12 as a snack

Our Chocolate Brownie is our most popular ready-to-make mix at Unpackaged, but sometimes we want to switch things up and have something different, without our gluten-free/coeliac friends missing out.
The cranberries in this recipe give the blondies a sweetness - and make us feel good for including fruit!

Perfect for afternoon tea, school lunchboxes, or heat and serve with ice cream for dessert.

 Ingredients:

  • 3 scoops of mix (about 600 grams)

  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

  • 250 grams of butter

Creating the Magic:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Place into a lined square cake tin.

  3. Bake at 160-180C for 30-35 minutes (just until a crust forms on top).

  4. Cool and serve.
