Focaccia - Super Simple!

TIME: 45 minutes

Serves: 6 as a side

This focaccia recipe is easy and it needs no resting time, making it perfect for a quick addition to any meal.

 Ingredients:


2 1/4 cup pizza flour
1 3/4 cup Greek yoghurt
2 tbs olive oil - we love @pendleton_olive_estate
Garlic infused oil
Himalayan Pink Salt

Toppings: green olives, cherry tomatoes, garlic and red onion

Creating the Magic:


1. Preeghat oven to 200C.
2. Combine the flour and Greek yogurt in a large bowl. Turn onto a floured surface and knead well.
3. Oil baking dish, and roll focaccia to almost the size of the dish.
4. Place focaccia into the dish, and poke olives, tomatoes, red onion, and garlic into bread.
5. Drizzle with olive oil, a sprinkle of salt, and place into the oven.
6. Bake for 30-40 minutes, and then enjoy warm.
