Chocolate Tarts
Dairy Free - Refined Sugar Free - Gluten Free
Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cup Almonds
4 Medjool Dates
4 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tbsp Honey
Chocolate Filling:
180g Quality, Organic, Gluten Free Dark Chocolate
200g Coconut Cream
1/4 cup Almond Meal
4 Medjool Dates
Making the Magic:
Crust
In a food processor, blitz all of the crust ingredients together to form a sticky, well-combined mixture.
Press mixture evenly into 6 muffin tin spaces and mould to the bottom and sides.
Place in the fridge whilst continuing with chocolate filling.
Chocolate Filling
In a food processor, blitz all of the filling ingredients to form a smooth and decadent chocolate mixture.
Pour evenly into the 6 crust moulds and place back in the fridge to set for a minimum of 2 hours.
Enjoy with a black coffee!
