Charcoal Latte

Our activated charcoal is created by burning coconut husks, but charcoal should NOT be consumed every day.
Charcoal is great at removing toxins from your body - but it doesn’t discriminate. The charcoal will eliminate vitamins and minerals just as it will eliminate toxins from your body.

Activated charcoal should NOT be consumed at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after taking drugs, vitamins, or other medications.
Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should avoid charcoal, as should children.

 Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon charcoal powder

  • optional - your choice of sweetener - we love coconut sugar

  • warm water

  • milk of your choice - we love almond milk for a charcoal latte

Creating the Magic:

Add the dry ingredients to a mug or cup and top with a splash of warm water. Stir to combine and remove any lumps.

Top with your favourite warmed or frothed milk.

Optional - decorate with extra charcoal powder.
