Beetroot Latte

Whip up this tasty beetroot latte in next to no time, and enjoy a delicious energy kick from the vitamins and minerals that are in beetroot powder.
Beetroots are full of folic acid, manganese, potassium, dietary fibre and iron - which are all amazing for detoxing your body and healing your gut.

 Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon beetroot powder

  • a pinch of ground ginger

  • optional - your choice of sweetener - we love coconut sugar

  • warm water

  • milk of your choice - we love oat milk

Add the dry ingredients to a mug or cup and top with a splash of warm water. Stir to combine and remove any lumps.

Top with your favourite warmed or frothed milk.

Optional - decorate with rose petals or extra beetroot powder.
