Creating the Magic:

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 190C (180C for fan-forced.)

  • Step 2

Place all wet ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  • Step 3.

With a wooden spoon stir in your Triple Choc Cookie Mix. This will create quite a stiff dough. If you find your dough is a bit crumbly add in some additional melted butter.

  • Step 4.

You can use an ice cream scoop, spoon or your hands to roll the dough into balls. You should get about 12 dough balls from this batch of dough.
Place the dough on your baking tray and squash the balls so they are about 1cm high and at least 2-3 cm apart (as they will spread when cooking).

  • Step 5.

Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. For a chewier cookie take out at 12 minutes.

  • Step 6.

Let the cookies rest for 10 minutes and then enjoy!

These cookies will store in an airtight container for up to 1 week (if you don’t eat them all before then!)
